Open Inbox from the sidebar to view campaign replies, mark them read/unread, and use filters; reply to contacts in your own email client.

Add the unsubscribe link placeholder in your template body (see Template Guide for exact name) and turn on Require unsubscribe in Settings → Compliance.

Use the Inbox to see when contacts respond, read replies, and mark them read; enable reply notifications in Settings and reply from your email client.

Use Inbox Accounts to view all Gmail and SMTP inboxes, see status and warmup progress, change settings, and remove inboxes you no longer need.

Alerts show deliverability and system notifications; read them, fix issues (domain, inbox, warmup), and mark read or delete as needed.

Use Get Started in the sidebar to follow the step-by-step guide (domains, inboxes, warmup, contacts, templates, campaigns) and the Quick Start Checklist.

In Settings → Billing view your plan and subscription, update payment method, and change or cancel your plan.

In Settings → Notifications turn on Reply notifications (and others you want) so you are notified when contacts respond; notifications use your account email.

Use merge variables like {{first_name}} and {{company}} in templates; they are replaced with each contact's data from your list. Check the Template Guide for the full list.

Upload a CSV or Excel file from Contacts → Import, map columns to EmaReach fields (email required), then add contacts to an existing or new list.
