The Inbox in EmaReach is where you see replies to your campaign emails. When a contact replies to a message sent from a campaign, that reply can appear in the Inbox so you can read it, mark it read, and follow up. The Inbox may also show an unread count in the sidebar.
Replies are collected because you connected Gmail or Reply-To IMAP in Settings → Integrations and set the campaign’s reply-to to an address EmaReach monitors. Ensure reply-to is set correctly so campaign replies show up in the Inbox.
Open Inbox from the sidebar to view and manage campaign replies; mark read/unread and use filters. Reply to contacts in your own email client.

Alerts show deliverability and system notifications; read them, fix issues (domain, inbox, warmup), and mark read or delete as needed.

Start warmup for new inboxes, wait until Ready or within limits, respect daily limits, spread volume across inboxes, and monitor Sending Behavior and Alerts.
