How to Set Up Notification Preferences for Replies

Why set reply notifications?
When contacts reply to your campaign emails, you want to know quickly so you can respond. EmaReach can send you notifications (e.g. by email to your account email) when a reply arrives. You control this in Settings → Notifications.
Where to set them
- Go to Settings (sidebar).
- Open the Notifications tab.
- Find Notification Preferences or Reply notifications (or similar).
What you can turn on
- Reply notifications — When a contact replies to a campaign email, EmaReach can send you an email (to the address you signed up with) or show an in-app alert. Turn this on if you want to be notified for every reply, or off if you prefer to check the Inbox manually.
- Other notification types (e.g. campaign completed, alerts) may be listed; enable or disable each as you prefer.
How notifications are sent
- Notifications are typically sent to your account email (the one you use to log in). Ensure that address is correct in Settings → Account.
- If you turn on reply notifications, you will get an email (or in-app notice) when a new reply appears in the Inbox; you can then open the Inbox and reply from your email client.
Summary
Settings → Notifications → turn on Reply notifications (and any others you want) so you are notified when contacts respond. Notifications go to your account email.
