How to Update Billing and Subscription

Where to manage billing

You can view your subscription, plan, and billing details (and update payment method or plan) from Settings. Open Settings (sidebar) → Billing tab.

What you see

• Current plan — Name of your plan (e.g. Free, Premium) and what it includes (inboxes, campaigns, etc.).
• Subscription status — Active, trial, cancelled, or past due.
• Billing details — Payment method on file (e.g. card last four digits), next billing date, and billing history or invoices if available.

Updating payment method

1. In Settings → Billing, find Payment method or Update card.
2. Click to add or update your card (or other payment method). You may be taken to a secure payment form.
3. Save. Future charges will use the new method.

Changing plan

1. In Settings → Billing, find Change plan, Upgrade, or Downgrade.
2. Select the plan you want. Confirm the change; you may be charged or credited prorated amounts.
3. After the change, your new limits (e.g. inboxes, campaigns) apply immediately.

Cancelling or pausing

• If you want to cancel or pause the subscription, look for Cancel subscription or Pause in Billing. Follow the steps; access may continue until the end of the billing period.
• For refunds, check the refund policy (e.g. Refund in the auth or footer) and contact support if needed.
