How to Use the Inbox to See When Contacts Respond

Why use the Inbox for responses?

When contacts respond to your campaign emails, their replies need to be seen and answered quickly. EmaReach’s Inbox aggregates those replies in one place so you don’t have to check each sending inbox separately. You can see when someone responded, which campaign and contact they’re from, and then reply from your own email.

See new responses

1. Click Inbox in the sidebar. The badge or label may show an unread count.
2. New replies appear in the list (newest first or by date, depending on the UI). Each entry usually shows: contact name/email, subject or snippet, campaign name, and time.
3. Open a reply to read the full message and the thread context (what you sent, what they replied).

Stay on top of replies

• Notifications — Turn on Settings → Notifications for reply notifications so you get an email or in-app alert when someone responds.
• Mark as read — After handling a reply, mark it read so the unread count stays accurate.
• Check regularly — Use the Inbox as your single place to see all campaign replies so you can respond in a timely way.

Replying to contacts

• EmaReach’s Inbox is for viewing replies. To reply to the contact, use your normal email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and reply to the address that received their message (the reply-to address you set for the campaign). That keeps the thread in your mailbox.
• If you use Tickets or a linked support tool, you may be able to handle conversations there; check your plan and Settings.
