How to Manage Inbox Accounts and See Warmup Status

Where to manage inboxes

All your sending inboxes (Gmail and SMTP) are listed under Inbox Accounts in the sidebar. From there you can see each inbox’s email, type (Gmail vs SMTP), status, warmup progress, and daily send count. You can also open settings for an inbox, pause or resume warmup, and remove inboxes you no longer need.

Viewing inbox list and status

1. Click Inbox Accounts in the left sidebar.
2. The table (or cards) show for each inbox:
   • Email — The sending address.
   • Type — Gmail or SMTP.
   • Status — e.g. Ready, Warming, Paused, Warm up required, or Warning.
   • Warmup — Progress percentage or "Warmed" if applicable.
   • Sent today — How many emails sent from that inbox today (useful for daily limits).
3. Use this view to decide which inboxes to use in a campaign and whether any need warmup before use.

Changing inbox settings

1. In Inbox Accounts, find the inbox and click Settings, Edit, or the gear icon (if available).
2. Depending on the inbox type you may be able to change labels, pause/resume warmup, or update credentials. Gmail accounts are usually managed from Settings → Integrations → Gmail (disconnect or add).
3. Save any changes. Status and warmup will update on the list.

Understanding warmup status

• Ready — Inbox can be used for sending; warmup is complete or not required.
• Warming — Warmup is in progress; you can often send at a limited rate.
• Warm up required — Inbox is new or was paused; warmup should be started from the Warmup page.
• Warning — Warmup progress is below a threshold; consider pausing campaigns or increasing warmup.

Removing an inbox

1. In Inbox Accounts, find the inbox.
2. Use Delete, Remove, or Disconnect (for Gmail, this may be in Settings → Integrations → Gmail).
3. Confirm. The inbox will no longer appear and cannot be selected in new campaigns. Existing campaigns that used it may need to be updated.
