Understanding Alerts: Deliverability and System Notifications

What are Alerts?

Alerts in EmaReach are notifications about deliverability and system issues: e.g. a domain or inbox problem, a campaign issue, or a recommendation to act. They help you fix problems before they affect your sending. Open Alerts from the sidebar.

Where to see Alerts

1. Click Alerts in the sidebar.
2. You will see a list of alerts (often newest first). Each alert has a type (e.g. success, warning, error, info), a message, and a date.
3. Some alerts may show in the Dashboard or as a badge on the Alerts item in the sidebar (e.g. unread count).

Types of alerts

• Success — Something completed successfully (e.g. domain verified, campaign finished).
• Warning — Something to watch (e.g. warmup progress low, high bounce rate).
• Error — Something failed or is broken (e.g. inbox connection failed, domain verification failed).
• Info — General information or tips.

What to do when you get an alert

1. Read the message — It usually explains what happened and which resource is affected (e.g. domain, inbox, campaign).
2. Take action — For example: fix DNS if domain verification failed; reconnect or fix credentials if an inbox failed; pause a campaign or improve warmup if you see a deliverability warning.
3. Mark as read — Use Mark as read (if available) so you can track what you’ve handled. You can delete old alerts to keep the list clean.

Deliverability vs system

• Deliverability alerts — Relate to domains, inboxes, warmup, bounces, or reputation. Act on these so your emails keep landing in the inbox.
• System alerts — Relate to the app (e.g. maintenance, feature changes). Read them for context; no action may be needed.
