Use Sending Behavior (Tracking) to see send volume and distribution; spread sends over time and across inboxes to improve deliverability.

Dashboard gives a quick overview (sent, replies, campaigns, inboxes); Analytics shows detailed metrics over time and by campaign/inbox.

Use AI Campaign Studio to describe your email, select a contact list, generate a template with AI, edit it, then save as a template or use in a campaign.

Use the Inbox to see when contacts respond, read replies, and mark them read; enable reply notifications in Settings and reply from your email client.

Open Inbox from the sidebar to view campaign replies, mark them read/unread, and use filters; reply to contacts in your own email client.

Create a campaign: name, contact list, Gmail or SMTP inboxes, email sequence (templates + delays), daily limit and send window, then launch.

Edit a campaign from Campaigns → select → Edit; pause a running campaign with Pause, and resume a paused one with Resume.

Add A/B variants (e.g. two templates or subjects) to a campaign step, set the split, launch, and compare performance in Analytics.

In the campaign form set a daily limit and a send time window (start/end time + timezone) so sends are capped and only during business hours.

In a campaign, choose Gmail (connected in Settings) or SMTP (domain inboxes from Inbox Accounts), then select one or more inboxes and set rotation if needed.
