How to Use AI to Generate Campaign Templates (AI Campaign Studio)

What is AI Campaign Studio?

AI Campaign Studio in EmaReach lets you generate email templates using AI. You describe what you want (e.g. "cold outreach to SaaS founders"), pick a contact list (so the AI uses the right merge variables), and the AI suggests subject and body. You can then edit the result and use it in a campaign or save it as a template. Open it from AI Campaign Studio in the sidebar.

Step 1: Open AI Campaign Studio

1. Click AI Campaign Studio in the sidebar.
2. You may see a chat-style interface or a form where you describe your campaign and select a list.

Step 2: Describe your campaign and select list

1. Enter a prompt or description: e.g. "Write a short cold email for B2B SaaS founders, focus on time savings."
2. Select the contact list you will use for this campaign. The AI will use only merge variables that exist on that list (e.g. {{first_name}}, {{company}}).
3. If there is an option to choose an AI provider (e.g. OpenAI), select one that is configured in Settings → Integrations.

Step 3: Generate and edit

1. Click Generate or Create. The AI will produce a template (name, subject, body) with merge variables and optionally an unsubscribe line.
2. Review and edit the subject and body in the editor. You can change wording, add spintax, or adjust the unsubscribe line to match your Compliance settings.
3. Run compliance check if the tool offers it (e.g. spam words, link count) and fix any issues.

Step 4: Use the template

1. Save as template — Save the generated email as a new template in Templates so you can reuse it in any campaign.
2. Use in campaign — You may be able to start a campaign from AI Campaign Studio using this template and the same contact list; or go to Campaigns → New campaign and select the saved template in the sequence.

Tips

• Use Templates → Template Prompts for prompt ideas.
• Always include an unsubscribe line and stay within Compliance (spam words, links, images).
• Generate once, then tweak for your brand and list.
