How to Use Sending Behavior (Tracking) to Improve Deliverability

What is Sending Behavior (Tracking)?

Sending Behavior (or Tracking) in EmaReach is the page that shows how you are sending over time: volume, distribution by hour, by inbox, and by campaign. It helps you spot patterns that can hurt deliverability (e.g. sending too much at once, or from one inbox only) and adjust so your emails are more likely to land in the inbox. Open it from Sending Behavior or Tracking in the sidebar.

What you see

• Charts — Sends over time (e.g. last 7 days), often by day and by hour.
• By inbox — Which inboxes sent how many emails; balance sending across inboxes.
• By campaign — Which campaigns sent how many; avoid one campaign dominating.
• Insights — Some plans show tips (e.g. "Spread sends across more hours" or "Reduce peak rate").

How to improve deliverability

1. Spread sends — If most emails go out in one hour, providers may treat it as bulk. Use daily limit and send time window in campaigns to spread sends across the day.
2. Balance inboxes — If one inbox sends much more than others, consider adding more inboxes or rotating senders so no single inbox is overloaded.
3. Stay within warmup — For warming inboxes, keep volume within the recommended limits shown in Warmup and Inbox Accounts.
4. Use the data — Check Sending Behavior regularly (e.g. weekly); if you see spikes or imbalance, adjust campaign limits or send windows.
