How to Read Your Dashboard and Analytics

Where to find Dashboard and Analytics

• Dashboard — Usually the first page after login; gives a high-level overview (e.g. sent today, replies, active campaigns, inbox status). Open it from Dashboard in the sidebar.
• Analytics — Deeper metrics: sends over time, opens, replies, breakdown by campaign or inbox. Open it from Analytics in the sidebar.

What the Dashboard shows

• Sent — Emails sent today or this period.
• Replies — Number of replies (or unread replies).
• Campaigns — Active or recent campaigns and their status.
• Inboxes — Quick view of inbox status (Ready, Warming, etc.) or warmup progress.
• Alerts — Any deliverability or system alerts you should act on.

Use the Dashboard to see at a glance whether everything is running and whether you need to check Inbox, Campaigns, or Alerts.

What Analytics shows

• Timeline — Sends (and sometimes opens/replies) over time (e.g. last 7 or 30 days).
• By campaign — Which campaigns sent how many emails and their performance.
• By inbox — Which inboxes sent how many; useful for balancing load and warmup.
• Best send times — If available, when your audience tends to open or reply.

Use Analytics to see trends, compare campaigns, and decide when to send and which inboxes to use.

How to use them

• Daily — Check Dashboard for sent count, replies, and alerts.
• Weekly — Check Analytics for trends and campaign/inbox performance; adjust daily limits or send times if needed.
• Before scaling — Use Analytics to confirm inboxes and campaigns are healthy before increasing volume.

Summary
