How to Use Verified Leads (Pro)

What are Verified Leads?

Verified Leads is a Pro feature that helps you focus on contacts whose email addresses have been verified (e.g. through a double opt-in or verification step). This can improve deliverability and engagement by ensuring you are sending to valid, engaged addresses. The feature is available under Contacts when you are on a plan that includes it.

Where to find Verified Leads

1. Go to Contacts in the sidebar.
2. Click Verified Leads (it may be under a submenu like "Contacts → Verified Leads").
3. You will see a list or view of contacts that are marked as verified.

How verified leads work

• Contacts can be marked as verified when they confirm their email (e.g. by clicking a link in a verification email) or through another verification flow your process uses.
• The Verified Leads view filters or highlights these contacts so you can build lists or segments from them.
• When creating campaigns, you can target a contact list that contains only (or mostly) verified leads for better deliverability.

Using verified leads in campaigns

1. Ensure you have contacts in the verified leads list (verification may happen when they sign up or when you run a verification step).
2. Create a contact list that includes your verified leads, or use a list that is built from the verified-leads data.
3. When creating a campaign, select that list as the audience. This way you send primarily to verified addresses.
