Why inbox status matters
Each sending inbox in EmaReach has a status that tells you whether it is safe to use for campaigns and how much you can send. Sending too much from a new or cold inbox can hurt deliverability and get emails marked as spam. Use the status in Inbox Accounts and Warmup to decide when to use an inbox.
Status meanings
Ready
- The inbox is fully warmed or does not require warmup. You can use it in campaigns and send up to your plan’s and daily limits. This is the ideal state for sending.
Warming
- Warmup is in progress. EmaReach (or your setup) is gradually increasing sending volume for this inbox. You can often use it for campaigns at a reduced rate; check the Warmup page for recommended limits. Sending more than the warmup curve may hurt reputation.
Warm up required
- The inbox is new, was just added, or warmup has not been started. You should start warmup from the Warmup page before using it for full campaigns. Sending at full volume from this state is risky for deliverability.
Warning
- Warmup progress is below a safe threshold (e.g. low percentage or paused for a while). Consider pausing campaigns that use this inbox or increasing warmup until the status improves.
Paused
- Warmup or sending for this inbox has been paused. Resume from the Warmup page or inbox settings when you want to use it again.
Where you see status
- Inbox Accounts — Each inbox shows a status badge (Ready, Warming, Warm up required, Warning, Paused).
- Warmup — The Warmup page shows a timeline and per-inbox progress; you can start, pause, or resume warmup there.
- Campaigns — When you select sender inboxes, you may see warnings if an inbox is not ready or has warmup required.
What to do
- Ready — Use the inbox normally in campaigns.
- Warming — Use it only within the suggested warmup limits, or wait until it shows Ready.
- Warm up required — Go to Warmup, start warmup for that inbox, and wait until it reaches Warming or Ready.
- Warning — Ease off sending from that inbox and/or increase warmup until the warning clears.
Summary
- Ready = safe to send. Warming = send within warmup limits. Warm up required = start warmup first. Warning = improve warmup or reduce sending.
