How to Understand Sending by Inbox and by Campaign

Why sending by inbox and campaign matters

Seeing sending by inbox and by campaign helps you balance load (so no single inbox or campaign is overloaded), stay within warmup limits, and fix issues when one campaign or inbox underperforms. You can see this in Analytics and Sending Behavior (Tracking).

Sending by inbox

• In Sending Behavior or Analytics, look for a breakdown by inbox (e.g. a chart or table: inbox A sent X, inbox B sent Y).
• Use it to: Balance volume across inboxes so no one inbox sends too much; check that warming inboxes stay within limits; see which inboxes are most used so you can add more if needed.

Sending by campaign

• In Analytics or Campaigns, you can see per-campaign stats: how many emails each campaign sent, over what period, and sometimes opens/replies.
• Use it to: Compare campaign performance; see which campaigns are active and how much they send; pause or adjust campaigns that send too much or underperform.

Where to find it

1. Analytics (sidebar) — Often has "By campaign" and "By inbox" views or filters.
2. Sending Behavior / Tracking (sidebar) — Shows send volume; switch or filter by inbox or campaign if the UI offers it.
3. Campaigns — Each campaign’s detail page may show sent count and basic stats.
4. Inbox Accounts — May show "sent today" per inbox.
