How to Start, Pause, or Resume Warmup for Your Inboxes

Where to control warmup
You start, pause, and resume warmup from the Warmup page in the sidebar. That page lists your inboxes (Gmail and SMTP) and shows each one’s warmup state and progress. From there you can turn warmup on or off per inbox.
Start warmup
- Go to Warmup in the sidebar.
- Find the inbox that shows Warm up required, Not started, or Start warmup.
- Click Start, Enable warmup, or the equivalent button for that inbox.
- Warmup will begin. The inbox status in Inbox Accounts may change to Warming, and the Warmup page will show progress (e.g. a timeline or percentage).
Pause warmup
- Go to Warmup.
- Find the inbox that is currently warming.
- Click Pause (or Pause warmup) for that inbox.
- Warmup stops; the inbox may show as Paused. You can resume later when you are ready.
Resume warmup
- Go to Warmup.
- Find the inbox that shows Paused or Resume warmup.
- Click Resume (or Resume warmup).
- Warmup continues from where it left off. Progress will update again on the Warmup page and in Inbox Accounts.
What happens when warmup runs
- EmaReach sends a controlled volume of emails from that inbox over time to build reputation.
- You do not need to run campaigns from that inbox during warmup; the warmup process runs in the background.
- Once the inbox reaches the target warmup level, its status in Inbox Accounts will show Ready (or similar), and you can safely use it for campaigns.

- Warmup → find inbox → Resume to continue after pausing.
