When contacts reply to your campaign emails, you can have those replies delivered to a specific inbox that EmaReach monitors. Reply-To lets you choose which address (Gmail or an IMAP mailbox) receives the replies. You can also add Reply-To IMAP configs so EmaReach can read replies from an external mailbox (e.g. support@yourcompany.com) and surface them in the Inbox tab. Set this up in Settings → Integrations.
If replies go to an email address that is not a Gmail connected in EmaReach (e.g. support@yourdomain.com via your host's IMAP):
When creating or editing a campaign (Campaigns → New or Edit), look for Reply-To or Reply to address. You can leave it as default (from Settings) or pick a specific Gmail or IMAP mailbox. Replies to that campaign will then be associated with the correct inbox in the Inbox view.
