How to Check Warmup Progress and When Your Inbox Is Ready

Where to see warmup progress

Warmup progress is visible in two places: the Warmup page (sidebar) and the Inbox Accounts page. The Warmup page shows a timeline or chart and per-inbox progress; Inbox Accounts shows a short status and often a percentage or "Warmed" label per inbox.

On the Warmup page

1. Go to Warmup in the sidebar.
2. You will see each inbox (Gmail and SMTP) that has warmup enabled.
3. For each inbox, look for:
   • Progress — e.g. a percentage (e.g. 45% warmed) or a progress bar.
   • Timeline — A chart showing how sending has increased over time.
   • Status — Warming, Paused, or Complete/Ready.
4. When the progress reaches the target (often 100% or the plan’s threshold), the inbox is considered ready. Its status in Inbox Accounts will typically change to Ready.

On Inbox Accounts

1. Go to Inbox Accounts in the sidebar.
2. Each inbox row shows a status badge (Ready, Warming, Warm up required, Warning, Paused) and often a warmup value (e.g. "65% warmed" or "Warmed").
3. Ready (and sometimes a high warmup %) means you can use that inbox for campaigns within your plan limits. Warming means use only within the suggested warmup limits.

When is my inbox ready?

• Ready — Safe to use for full campaign volume (within your daily and plan limits).
• Warming with a high percentage — Often you can start using it at reduced volume; check any in-app notes for recommended limits.
• Warm up required or Warning — Not ready; keep warmup running or fix the issue before sending campaigns from that inbox.
